Each dish shows its own cooking days and lead time. Everyday dishes can often be ordered for the same day before the kitchen’s cutoff; large trays and party platters usually need a day or more, because the chef cooks them for your order.

Yes. Every dish on Roshoon is cooked by an independent home chef in their own kitchen, in small batches, on the days that chef cooks. Roshoon is the marketplace that connects you; we do not run a central kitchen for these dishes.

A kitchen is only listed after the Roshoon team approves it and the chef has a food-safety certificate on file. Each kitchen page shows its reviews from people who have ordered.
